This case study presents a patient who came to Bangkok, Thailand, seeking treatment for a missing lower molar. After a thorough oral examination and 3D X-ray, the dental team recommended a titanium dental implant followed by a porcelain crown restoration.

The implant surgery was performed under local anesthesia and successfully integrated with the jawbone after a few months of healing. Once osseointegration was complete, a custom-made porcelain crown was placed on top of the implant, restoring full chewing function and a natural appearance.

The patient was pleased with the result, noting improved comfort compared to a removable denture. This case demonstrates how dental implant and crown restoration in Thailand can provide long-lasting, functional, and aesthetic solutions for patients with missing teeth.
