This case study describes a patient who visited a dental clinic in Bangkok, Thailand, with a single missing upper premolar. After clinical evaluation and 3D imaging, the dentist recommended a single titanium dental implant followed by a custom porcelain crown.

The implant placement was completed in one appointment under local anesthesia. After the healing and osseointegration period, an impression was taken, and a natural-looking porcelain crown was fabricated to match the patient’s adjacent teeth.
