Dr. Chanchai holds both dental and medical degrees. He earned his Doctor of Dentistry (D.D.S.) from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand in 1993 and his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Srinakharinwirot University, Bangkok, Thailand in 2002. He then completed residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University Hospital Freiburg, Germany (2003–2008). In 2007, he obtained the Facharzt fuer Mund-, Kiefer- und Gesichtschirurgie (German Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery). He later earned a Doctor of Medicine (Dr.med) from Albert-Ludwigs University, Freiburg, Germany in 2008 and the Thai Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2013.
Dr. Chanchai began his career as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Bangrakam Hospital, Phitsanulok, Thailand (1993–1997), followed by a position at the Faculty of Dentistry, Srinakharinwirot University, Thailand (1997–2003). After completing his residency in Germany, he returned to Thailand and currently serves as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Yanhee International Hospital.
Dr. Chanchai has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in international journals, including the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Journal of Craniomaxillofacial Surgery, and Quintessence International. He has served as an invited speaker and lecturer at the Asian Conference of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (2008) and as Scientific Chairman and invited speaker for the annual meeting of the Thai Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (2013–2016). He has also completed advanced training in aesthetic medicine, including botulinum toxin and filler courses in Korea and Thailand.
Dr. Chanchai is a member of the Thai Association of Dental Implantology, the Dermatological Society of Thailand, the Thai Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Surgery, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Thailand, the Medical Council of Thailand, and the Dental Council of Thailand. He is fluent in Thai, English, and German.
